Looking for a quick answer to a question about Willow Park boutique? Here are our most frequently asked questions:

1. What is your return policy?

Our return policy is store credit within 14 days of purchase on full-price clothing. All sale, jewelry, shoes, table linens, houseware, holiday and accessories are final sale. You can read our full return policy here.

2. Can I exchange an item? 

Of course! If we have the item you would like in stock, go ahead and purchase the item and enter the coupon code "exchange" during the checkout process for free shipping. Then, go to our returns page and process the return for your original item here. Please be sure to include a note (you can email us at sales@willowparkboutique.com that your return was an exchange and we will refund the return upon receipt). 

3. Do you have a sizing chart? 

We carry many designers and they all fit a little differently. We are happy to help with sizing questions via email or Instagram message. 

4. Is there a phone number I can call?

Yes! Our store line is (404) 302-7138. However, the best way to get in touch is via email or Instagram message. The best email address to contact for general questions is info@willowparkboutique.com. 

5. What are your hours?

If you live in the Atlanta area, we’d love to see you in person! Our physical boutique is open for in-store purchases Tuesday - Friday from 10 am - 2 pm. You can view more information on our physical location here. We ship daily and are always open online.  

6. Can I do a store pick-up?

Yes! At checkout, you will have the option to pick-up in store with no shipping charges. Once your order is ready, we will send you a confirmation that it can be picked up Tuesday - Friday from 10 am - 2 pm.
